LF Ball Spline LF10 LF20 Medium Torque Flange Ball Spline Bearing LF30 Ball Spline Shaft

The LF series ball spline is a medium torque type ball spline, which has 2-3 protrusions on the outer ring of the spline shaft and is equipped with 2 rows (a total of 4-6 rows) of load-bearing steel balls to clamp it from the left and right sides, making it easy to apply preload.
Each steel ball column continues to circulate through a special synthetic resin retainer installed inside the outer cylinder. So even if the spline shaft is pulled out, the steel ball will not fall off either.

  • Product Features

    High load capacity:

Due to the fact that the rolling surface of the steel ball is processed into a circular groove shape that is approximately equal to the curvature radius of the steel ball, and is constructed with angular contact, it has a large load capacity in both radial and torque directions.

The clearance in the rotation direction is "zero":

By using two opposite steel ball rows with a contact angle of 20 °, the protruding part of the spline shaft is clamped and a pre pressed angular contact structure is applied, so that the clearance in the rotation direction can be zero, thereby improving rigidity.

    High rigidity:

Due to the large contact angle and appropriate preloading, high torque rigidity and torque rigidity can be achieved.

    Easy maintenance:

The ball retainer structure supports the spline shaft to be pulled away without scattering the steel balls

Find High Quality Ball Bearings For Sale From A Trusted Supplier

Finding the right ball bearings for sale can be crucial for a wide array of industrial and mechanical applications. At Yidi Bearings, we specialize in providing high-quality ball bearings designed for optimal performance and longevity. This article will explore the different types of ball bearings, their applications, key considerations when purchasing, and why Yidi Bearings is your trusted partner. Selecting the correct bearing ensures smooth operation, reduces friction, and minimizes downtime. Let's dive into the world of ball bearings and discover the perfect solution for your needs. Ball bearings come in various designs, each suited for specific applications and load requirements. Some common types include deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, and thrust ball bearings. Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used, excellent for radial and some axial loads. Angular contact ball bearings are designed to handle significant axial loads in one direction, often used in pairs. Ball bearings are integral to countless industries and applications. They are widely used in electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, and automotive systems.

Comprehensive Guide to Angular Contact Ball Bearings for Industrial Applications

Angular contact ball bearings are a critical component in many industrial applications, known for their ability to handle both radial and axial loads simultaneously. These bearings are designed with a specific contact angle, allowing them to support heavy thrust loads in one direction. Understanding their features, applications, and proper selection is essential for maximizing performance and extending equipment lifespan. Yidi Bearings specializes in providing high-quality angular contact ball bearings tailored to diverse industrial needs. Choosing the right angular bearing can significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of your machinery. Angular contact ball bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads – both radial (perpendicular to the shaft) and axial (parallel to the shaft). The "contact angle" is the angle between the ball’s race and the bearing axis. This angle is key to their functionality, enabling them to handle significant thrust loads in one direction. They are typically used in pairs or sets, with the contact angles oriented in opposite directions to balance the axial load. The precision manufacturing and robust construction of Yidi's angular contact bearings ensure consistent performance even under demanding conditions.

Comprehensive Guide to Back Bearings Functionality and Application

Back bearings, also known as one-way clutches or freewheel bearings, are critical components in a wide range of mechanical systems. They allow for power transmission in one direction while providing free rotation in the opposite direction. This functionality is vital in applications from automotive alternators to industrial machinery. Choosing the right back bearing is essential for optimal performance and longevity of your equipment. This article explores their types, applications, how they work, maintenance, and factors to consider when selecting one for your specific needs. At their core, back bearings utilize a cleverly designed mechanism to enable one-way rotation. They typically consist of a housing, bearing elements (often rollers or balls), and a locking mechanism. When torque is applied in the drive direction, the bearing elements engage, transmitting power. When torque is applied in the reverse direction, the elements are free to rotate, allowing for free-wheeling.
