  • Product Features

High load-bearing capacity and high rigidity

The KUVE-B series adopts a four row linear circulating ball bearing design, which has high load capacity and rigidity, can withstand multi-directional loads (including torque outside the running direction), and is suitable for heavy-duty conditions.

    Modularity and compatibility

The guide rail and the same size slider can be freely combined, supporting modular installation, making it easy for customers to flexibly configure and maintain. The guide rail has a built-in lubrication storage structure and a fully sealed slider design, effectively preventing pollutants from entering and extending its service life.

    High precision and low friction

The rolling friction coefficient is low, the difference in dynamic/static friction force is small, and it can achieve a positioning accuracy of μ m, suitable for high-speed motion and precision control scenarios.

    Environmental adaptability

Wide working temperature range, some models support corrosion-resistant design, suitable for harsh industrial environments.

    Optimize design

Some models have X-life quality optimization and low noise characteristics, and the end elastic scraper and sealing strip design further reduce maintenance requirements.

  • Product Application

    1. CNC machine tools and machining centers: X/Y/Z axis guidance for milling machines and lathes

    2. Industrial robots: Sliding rail systems for welding robots and assembly robots

    3. Automated production lines: such as lifting platforms and conveyor belt positioning in automotive production lines

    4. Heavy machinery and special equipment: suitable for heavy-duty equipment such as cranes and injection molding machines.

    5. Precision instruments and medical equipment: precision motion platforms used for medical imaging equipment (such as CT machines) and semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Comprehensive Guide to Angular Contact Ball Bearings for Industrial Applications

Angular contact ball bearings are a critical component in many industrial applications, known for their ability to handle both radial and axial loads simultaneously. These bearings are designed with a specific contact angle, allowing them to support heavy thrust loads in one direction. Understanding their features, applications, and proper selection is essential for maximizing performance and extending equipment lifespan. Yidi Bearings specializes in providing high-quality angular contact ball bearings tailored to diverse industrial needs. Choosing the right angular bearing can significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of your machinery. Angular contact ball bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads – both radial (perpendicular to the shaft) and axial (parallel to the shaft). The "contact angle" is the angle between the ball’s race and the bearing axis. This angle is key to their functionality, enabling them to handle significant thrust loads in one direction. They are typically used in pairs or sets, with the contact angles oriented in opposite directions to balance the axial load. The precision manufacturing and robust construction of Yidi's angular contact bearings ensure consistent performance even under demanding conditions.

Comprehensive Guide to Back Bearings Functionality and Application

Back bearings, also known as one-way clutches or freewheel bearings, are critical components in a wide range of mechanical systems. They allow for power transmission in one direction while providing free rotation in the opposite direction. This functionality is vital in applications from automotive alternators to industrial machinery. Choosing the right back bearing is essential for optimal performance and longevity of your equipment. This article explores their types, applications, how they work, maintenance, and factors to consider when selecting one for your specific needs. At their core, back bearings utilize a cleverly designed mechanism to enable one-way rotation. They typically consist of a housing, bearing elements (often rollers or balls), and a locking mechanism. When torque is applied in the drive direction, the bearing elements engage, transmitting power. When torque is applied in the reverse direction, the elements are free to rotate, allowing for free-wheeling.
